NANOOSE, B.C. — The Nanoose community is mourning the tragic loss of a 20-year-old woman who died after a vehicle left Highway 19 and rolled onto nearby train tracks in a devastating crash.
Emergency crews responded to the serious collision, where the vehicle reportedly departed the highway before overturning and coming to rest on the railway tracks. Despite efforts by first responders, the young woman was pronounced deceased.
