LOCKPORT, NEW YORK — The Lockport community is mourning the loss of Heather Raggi, a beloved educator and longtime member of the Starpoint Central School District, whose passing has brought deep sadness to students, colleagues, family members, and friends.
For approximately 17 years, Heather proudly served the Starpoint Central School District, beginning her career with the district in August and dedicating herself to educating, supporting, and inspiring generations of students.
